Credit Controller

Position summary: This position is a full time position to facilitate with the credit control process. The company already has one part time credit controller, and this position will work in tandem with the current employee. The position ultimately reports to the Finance Director. Duties and responsibilities Credit control Credit control chasing overdue invoices multiple times a week across multiple different currencies and locations. This involves email, phone calls, teams meetings. Coordination between different departments within Storm as well as our customers to assist with goods receipt process. Posting and allocating customer receipts to Sage Intacct in multiple currencies Uploading customer invoices into Sage Intacct Customer credit application forms Dealing with customer queries, requests for statements, reconciliations Raising and allocating customer credit notes Amending customer credit limits Debtors reconciliations Input into weekly debtors meeting with key management Other Daily funds received and availability spreadsheets Updating exchange rates in internal sales programme Assisting purchase ledger department with holiday cover and workload where necessary Facilitating with the management and reconciliation of invoice discounting ledgers General admin scanning filing etc
