Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Proactively pursue and secure new business opportunities and markets that will contribute to the growth and expansion of the company. Identify and target potential new client relationships through cold calling, lead generation, networking. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to successfully build a client base. Maintain a real-time new business (sales) pipeline supported by comprehensive and accurate reports. Maximise selling time with detailed planning of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience / Qualification: Previous experience and proven ability to develop, secure and maintain new business, opportunities and achievement of agreed targets. Five years new business development management/sales experience and proven strong sales track record within the TES industry. Strong networking skills and a professional personal image. Target and deadline driven with a sense of urgency. Results driven, peoples person with the ability to converse at all levels (fluent in English and Afrikaans) Exhibit self-motivation, goal orientation and the ability to work both independently and within a high-performance team environment. Lateral thinking, intuitive but analytical decision making. A positive, confident and determined approach. Code 08 Drivers license with own vehicle. Knowledge of and experience in the MS Office suite of products. Tertiary qualification is an advantage. Matric or relevant qualification. Remuneration: Basic salary with benefits. Excellent commission structure.
