To enhance this culinary experience, we seek a talented and innovative Head Baker. This role is vital to our culinary and pastry team, focusing on crafting quality baked goods for breakfast buffets, harvest tables, dinner services, and room turndowns. The Head Baker will work night shifts independently, ensuring hygiene and quality throughout the baking process, while also training aspiring bakers. Responsibilities include developing and executing recipes, enhancing presentation with icing and decorations, and maintaining the profitability of all baking operations.
