Creditors Clerk

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Creditors Clerk to join their dynamic finance team. If you have a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for maintaining efficient accounts payable processes, this is the role for you This role is based in Sandton, Johannesburg North. Key Responsibilities: Capture and match supplier invoices, ensuring validity, correct approval, and alignment with purchase orders. Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with supplier statements and promptly resolve discrepancies. Manage supplier account payments and ensure all payments are processed on time. Reconcile the goods received schedule, follow up on outstanding items, and submit accruals for month-end processing. Assist with various other duties related to the accounts payable function. Education and Experience Requirements: Completed Matric. 3 years proven experience in a similar role. Must have worked on a large book value of R 30 million. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
