Job Description
IT Service Analyst Information Technology Job Purpose To manage the Administration of Technology Vendors, including monthly performance reporting. Enabling the business by satisfying end-Users IT and telephony needs Key Accountabilities and Outputs Operational Management of Specific Service Lines â–ª Operational management of Mobile Telephony â–ª Operational management of Fixed Line Telephony â–ª Administration and management of fixed assets Support Services â–ª Prepare Vendor SLA performance reporting â–ª Identifying underperformance and escalating appropriately Vendor Management â–ª Administration of quotes and purchase orders â–ª Administration of day to day vendor queries â–ª Ensuring vendor change activities are appropriately managed and communicated Financial Management â–ª Assist in financial planning and forecasting â–ª Follow financial management best practice and protocol Reporting and Documentation â–ª Monthly & Weekly SLA reporting â–ª Monthly IT vendor reporting â–ª Internal telephony reporting Qualifications Qualifications and Experience â–ª Matric â–ª IT Diploma and/or Degree required â–ª 5 years IT experience essential â–ª FMCG experience beneficial â–ª Proficient in Microsoft Office Key Qualities â–ª Good interpersonal skills â–ª Team Player â–ª Ability to work under pressure â–ª Good verbal and communication skills â–ª Good self-management principles â–ª Strong orientation to results achievement â–ª Strives for continuous improvement â–ª Demonstrate initiative and is a self-starter
