MD Primary Care Physician

We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our dynamic team. As an MD Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, taking full accountability for patient care and outcomes, and engaging with a care team to deliver high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or a similar specialty, and must have or be able to obtain a State Medical License. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently provide care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses
• Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes
• Engage with a care team to deliver high-quality care
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with acute and complex chronic health needs
• Lead a care team and coordinate care for patients

Qualifications:

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty
• Active State Medical License
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty preferred
• Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within first 90 days of employment
