Are you a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Sales Engineer looking for a more varied role? This is a role where you can use your manufacturing or technical knowledge, get training on 3D CAD, and have a wider scope to make an impact. It’s truly an exciting time to join, with lots of positive change happening. If you are the kind of person who likes speaking to people, creating plans and solving problems, then I’d love to tell you more about this one.
In terms of the products, it is electro-mechanical equipment used in scientific research. Here you’ll sit with the engineering team and be responsible for modelling laboratory layouts for customers and creating initial drawings on SolidWorks to get quotes from suppliers quickly.
We need someone open and happy talking to people. You'll be required to attend project handover meetings to gain an understanding of what is needed and discuss the detailed aspects of a project. The Candidate: Quotations Engineer
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in industry, whether that be in an engineering-based role or a more commercial role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
* Solution-focused mindset and able to work with accuracy.
* UK Driving License
