Over the past two years, weve tripled in size, and with our client base set to double in the next year, were on the cusp of even bigger things. Our media buying team is the backbone of our companys success - delivering top-notch service and satisfaction to our clients. From humble beginnings with just one team member, weve grown into a thriving group of 10 talented professionals. Now, as we prepare for our next phase, weve divided into three specialised teams, and were looking for a strong lead to head up ourTraditional Media Buyingdivision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of three Account Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
• Oversee and manage the negotiation, purchasing, and monitoring of advertising contracts across traditional media channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners
• Onboard and establish relationships with new traditional media partners
• Drive continuous improvements in team processes and operational efficiencies while collaborating with internal teams
