Building Surveyor

We are currently partnered with a thriving and independent property and building consultancy who are currently looking for a bright Building Surveyor to join their team covering the Midlands.

The Surveyor will be responsible for production of level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys. Some remote work is acceptable, and the role will require some travel to Wiltshire, Bath and Bristol Etc.

The right candidate will get opportunities to train other skills such as party wall, defect analysis, CDM Principal Designer and Contract Administration.

Qualifications Required

• Building Pathology Skills

• Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques

• MRICS or AssocRICS Qualification

• Experience producing residential reports

• Knowledge of Residential Building Techniques

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Good communication

Desirable Skills

• Technical Drawing and Architectural Drawings skills

• Working Drawings and Construction Drawings skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software

• Bachelor's degree or SAVA qualification
