Service Manager

The ideal candidate will provide support and guidance to their team in a supported living setting. Understanding of the needs and care required by the service users in your residential home is essential.

Your service caters for 9residents with additional needs and your team of support staff are on hand to enable you to manage the home.

£32-35k basic salary plus additional benefits

Level 5 Health and Social Care plus at least 1 year of leadership experience in a similar setting are a minimum.

Background in Mental Health, EBD, LD and ASD would be an advantage.

Ability to manage rotas and care plans as well as motivate your team is key
