Job Description
CATERING ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
* Good working background as an catering engineer.
* Proficient in fault finding and repair.
* To be able to carry out reactive maintenance, servicing / ppm, and installation of catering equipment.
* Experience with warewash equipment and diagnosis
* This will include working on various equipment such as microwaves, vac pac machines etc
* Experience of work on refrigeration would be useful too and fgas qualification.
* Experience in laundry equipment would be useful too.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
* Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
* Reactive attendance to emergency call-outs on 1 in 4 callout rota.
* Maintain the professional image of the company always and promote their services.
* Work on own and as part of a team
* To ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA times set out by our clients.
* Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.
* Reactive attendance to emergency call-outs on 1 in 4 callout rota.
Competencies:
* Gas qualifications, comcat 1,2,3 & 5.
* Hold a refrigerants certificate (F-Gas) - OPTIONAL
* Full driving licence and flexible to travel on a daily basis
* Additional Qualifications would be an advantage i.e. 18th edition
