Operations / Business Development Manager (Renewables)
£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Flexible hours + Hybrid working + Ongoing training + Progression + Company bonus + Company benefits

Are you an Operations / Business Development Manager from a Renewables background looking for an autonomous role in a fast-growing company offering progression, hybrid working, a car allowance and ongoing training?
This company work across the Electrical sector in Solar, HVAC and EV Charging, providing installation and maintenance services in both Domestic and Commercial settings. Due to their continued growth they are looking to add an Operations Manager to their tight knit team who can support the ongoing expansion of their Renewables division.
In this varied role your responsibilities will include producing contracts, resourcing and procuring new business and overseeing the technical team to ensure work is carried out to the correct Health and Safety standards. This is largely an office based role with occasional site visits across the North West.
This role would suit an ambitious Operations / Business Development Manager from a Renewables sector looking to join a growing company, who offer excellent benefits as well as the opportunity to progress into Senior roles.
The Role:
Resourcing and procuring new business contracts.
Overseeing a team of technicians to ensure the smooth running of projects.
Working within a tight knit team.The Person:
Experience as an Operations / Project / Business Development Manager.
Background in the Renewables division, specifically Solar / EV charging.
