Cover Supervisor - Leighton Buzzard - ASAP Start!
Are you looking to kick start your career in education? Tradewind are currently working with a wonderful school in Leighton Buzzard who are looking for a cover supervisor to join them ASAP. You will be covering classes across KS3 and will need to have strong behaviour management and the ability to build rapport with students quickly.
Our Partner school in Leighton Buzzard are looking for motivated individuals with a genuine interest in working with children. This role would be perfect for those considering a career in teaching in future.
Role Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and effectively manage classroom behaviour.
Provide support to students in their learning and assist with any queries they may have.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any issues to the relevant staff members.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring student engagement.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A desire to make a positive impact on the educational experience of students.
