Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Midlands, UK (Field Based)

Salary: Up to £45k + bonus + commission

Responsibilities:

Grow sales within a defined territory, focusing on direct and digital sales channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and targeting new prospects.
Use your knowledge of the sector to introduce new products and services to key decision-makers.
Ensure comprehensive territory coverage to maximise revenue and market share.
Collaborate with internal teams to generate high-quality leads and ensure smooth sales processes.
Regularly update and maintain customer data using a CRM system.
Provide hands-on product demonstrations and technical advice to clients.
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:

Proven experience in sales, ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
Competence in using digital tools and CRM systems to manage customer relationships.
Previous experience in territory management would be an advantage.
An engineering background or technical knowledge of the motor vehicle industry is desirable.
