Job Description
Mott McDonald Bentley have secured the AMP 8 programme of works for United Utilities with works secured for 5 years in the North west; it’s an exciting time join our expending team!
Are you a Contract Manager looking for your next challenge in the water industry? We are seeking a leader to manage a new programme of work with United Utilities.
With a range of schemes becoming available we have a multi disciplined workforce coming from all construction backgrounds. Types of work include civils, structures, M&E installations, pipes, and SEMD are all part of the programme. You will oversee a variety of projects from concept design to construction completion working alongside inhouse design and commercial counterparts.
In your role as Contracts Manager, you will oversee and develop a group of site managers to successfully carry out your programme to fulfil client deadlines. Key attributes:
• Ability to implement and maintain a positive HS&W culture
• Knowledge of NEC
• Demonstrated ability to accurately programme and commercial forecast
• Ability and desire to support your team for future progression
