CRM Marketing Manager

Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent upon experience

Memento Exclusives provide sports memorabilia and licensed products to fans. Our goal is to bring fans closer to the action by allowing them to own a piece of the best moments in their favourite sport. Whether it’s F1, UFC or MotoGP – we have memorabilia like no other.

We are looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of PR & Marketing, you'll design the strategy and execute direct-to-customer marketing campaigns for Memento Exclusives and our partner websites, including F1 Authentics.

About The Role

• Strategise a database growth programme
• Create and manage campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention
• Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel and customer journey
• Create and provide a robust email marketing plan to our external digital agency
• Maintain and optimise the CRM system to ensure it meets the needs of the business
• Oversee the collection, segmentation, and analysis of customer data
• Generate reports and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and market trends
• Manage customer feedback and ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a
• unified approach to customer management
• Lead cross-functional projects that involve customer data and CRM

Skills & Experience

• A good understanding of the principles of email marketing, with experience in campaign building, automation and audience segmentation
• Working knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify would be desirable.
• Good Excel skills with the ability to interpret and translate date
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Ideally some previous experience working in a similar role within a multi-channel business
• Experience and/or knowledge of campaign management and reporting software.
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
