Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

The Deputy Manager Overview:
On behalf of an established care provider based in West Yorkshire, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for an experienced and proven Deputy Manager to oversee a small residential care service for adults with learning disabilities.
As Deputy Manager you will be extremely passionate about person-centred care and will be supporting the Registered Manager with the day to day running of a new build, residential care home. This is a fabulous residential home with high standards of care.
The Deputy Manager Candidate:
Experienced Deputy Home Manager, ideally experienced in Learning Disability needs
Preferably NVQ Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification
Must be passionate about person centred care
Excellent communication skills
The Deputy Manager Package:
Salary £27,000 - £32,000
KPI based bonus scheme
28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Excellent benefits package

The Deputy Manager Interview Process:
Stage one - On-site interview with the Regional Manager
