We are excited to supporting a partnering school in recruiting an Geography Specialist after the half term break.

Located within Telford, with easy links from surrounding areas including Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton the school provide a stimulating learning environment with state of the art facilities, including a welcoming space within their Learning Resource Centre.

Role Over View…
Start Date: After half term
Key Stage: 3 & 4
Timetable: Full Time
LEA: Telford and Wrekin
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Geography, Education, or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in teaching up to GCSE essential.
* Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences.
* Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
* Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
* Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary.
