What You Will Do:

• Lead the onboarding of new sales personnel, ensuring they are ready to make an impact from day one.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and remove barriers, streamlining the sales process.
• Drive initiatives that ensure quality and consistency across all sales functions, including client profiling and strategic sales planning.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to boost new business conversion rates and optimise performance.
• Develop long-term strategies to support and grow the effectiveness of our sales teams.
