As they expand across multiple departments, we are seeking a dynamic Client Partnership Manager to enhance selected portfolios and drive sales through value-added services.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our valued clients receive an exceptional experience while also identifying opportunities to increase revenue through tailored offerings. This position isn't about hard selling; it's about fostering long-term business partnerships that thrive.

Salary: Competitive salary between £28,000 and £30,000, depending on experience

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with a passionate team under experienced leadership.
• Conduct regular client meetings that add value.
• Identify and upsell relevant services.
• Research new areas for client growth and potential revenue streams.
• Analyse sales reports for internal review.
• Ensure timely communication with clients, adhering to a “Right first time” policy.
• Oversee client orders to ensure they are dispatched on time.
• Facilitate interdepartmental projects and manage client feedback effectively.
• Accurately map new services and implement any price/service changes.
