The Job

Cover production needs regarding engineering issues and breakdowns.

Conduct routine test and inspection of electrical systems and portable appliances.

Undertake maintenance activities in compliance with ISO and customer specifications.

Reduce maintenance costs where possible and us PPM to reduce unplanned maintenance.

Work as part of the group maintenance team covering four sites.

Assist Engineering Manager with ongoing and new projects.

Ability to participate in mechanical maintenance work as and when necessary.

Work as part of a team and optimise company performance and reduce downtime where possible.

About You

An experienced electrical maintenance engineer with a mechanical aptitude

Experience of panel building and installation work

Confident and the ability to be part of an out of hours rota for on call maintenance.

PLC literate, with the competency to complete PPM schedules

Experience of fix wire testing and instrumentation

Prepared to be part of the on-call team 1 week in every five.
