Plant Maintenance Technician

Hours: 38.5 hours per week

Salary: £15.34 per hour + overtime

Our client, a leading distributor and after-sales specialist in construction equipment, is looking for an experienced and qualified maintenance technician to join their team servicing mobile heavy plant equipment.

The Role

You will perform planned maintenance on heavy mobile plant equipment, including wheeled loaders, excavators, and other heavy plant equipment. This is a field-based role servicing customers on-site.

Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues

Maintain service records and provide clear updates to customers

Qualifications and Skills requirements:

Experience with heavy plant, HGV or Agricultural maintenance

Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Level 3 qualification in HGV, Plant, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering
