Project Manager
Greater Manchester
£60k - £70k + car allowance and package
We are working with a growing Regional Building Contractor who have grown consistently over the last few years and are capable of taking on construction projects valued up to £20 Million for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England. They are privately owned, profitable and are active in a number of market sectors including; education, healthcare, leisure, extra care, residential, commercial and industrial.
Due to securing work via good relationships with public and private sector clients, they have a residential scheme due to start later this year. They have already secured their turnover target for this year and are looking at another year of growth for next year.
They are looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee their team on a mixture of apartments and houses in Manchester.
You:
Have management experience with a main contractor, working on building projects valued up to £20 million.
Steel frame/SFS or timber frame experience
Be a strong leader with the confidence to lead management teams on construction projects.
You will be based in the North West of England.
