JNR DISPATCH CO-ORDINATOR - Manufacturing Industry Matric Minimum 2 Years' working experience in the   MANUFACTURING Industry Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English Computer Literate Maintain workflow by motivating Drivers and Vehicle Loading   Assistants to work correctly and at fast speed Keep record of Absentees Ensure Staff are wearing Protective clothing Assisting in Planning Routes & Loading activities Ensure Products are checked for deviations from Quality   Standards Ensure Goods are delivered on time Check and Verify all Dispatch Documents Check POD's returned by Drivers Filing of Dispatch documents Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by   Management/Supervisor Take responsibility for Equipment & Stock loss/damage due to   gross negligence Clean Criminal record - will be verified
