Role and Responsibilities: As a Data Analyst (Data Visualization & Insights), you will: Analyze large datasets to provide meaningful insights that inform business strategy and decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and translate them into visual representations. Provide clear and actionable insights from data analysis to support key business functions. Monitor and evaluate data performance and generate reports for internal teams and senior management. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide recommendations to improve business processes. Work closely with data engineers and other analysts to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Present findings to stakeholders, simplifying complex data into easily understandable insights. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and insights generation, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical skills with experience in using SQL, Python, R, or other relevant languages. Ability to work with large datasets and provide actionable business insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills to share data-driven insights with both technical and non-technical teams. Attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity.
