Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase student enrollment and build brand awareness Identify and cultivate relationships with schools, parents, and prospective students to promote the institution's programs Lead and motivate the sales team , ensuring they meet their targets and deliver exceptional results Track and manage the sales pipeline , providing regular reports on performance and identifying areas for growth Conduct sales presentations and outreach activities in schools, communities, and relevant organizations to drive engagement Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction Travel to meet with clients and stakeholders , attending events and conferences as needed to represent the institution Ensure consistent follow-up with leads to convert interest into actual enrollments What We're Looking For: Matric (Grade 12) certificate further qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus Proven experience in a sales leadership role (3 years), ideally within the education, services, or related sectors Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding targets Strong ability to build relationships with clients and manage a sales pipeline Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies for brand growth and customer acquisition Excellent communication and negotiation skills A reliable vehicle and willingness to hit the road Comfortable with a mix of office and fieldwork What's On Offer: Competitive basic salary of R40,000 Lucrative sliding scale with earning potential of R500,000 and upwards An opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career
