New England's Top MEP Subcontractor is looking for a Project Manager to join their team!

Over 25 years of experience in the industry, this firm focuses on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, medical, and public sector projects (municipal, state, federal contracts); in the MEP sector.

The position will be remote (home office) but on site, project visits are required weekly. Must be able to visit/ travel to job sites throughout Massachusetts.

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Subcontractor management, scheduling, and coordination
• Ensuring high-quality construction work
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Monitoring and adhering to project schedules
• Maintaining accurate project documentation
• Enforcing safety protocols and compliance
• Solving project-related challenges
• Encouraging continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in MEPs or Mechanical Contracting or HVAC
• Preferably experience in Federal, Public, and Healthcare sectors
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore
