Clinical Manager RN

Overview

Dignity Home Care is expanding, and we’re searching for a passionate Clinical Manager, RN to join our growing team! The Clinical Manager will oversee the health and wellness of our clients, ensuring their care aligns with the Service Care Plan. This role involves the supervision of a dedicated team, including Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides, and other healthcare professionals. The Clinical Manager will also serve as a vital communication link between clients, their families, and physicians, while ensuring regulatory compliance and spearheading quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Manager at Dignity Home Care will oversee the health and wellness of our clients, ensuring their care aligns with the Service Care Plan. This role involves the supervision of a dedicated team, including Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides, and other healthcare professionals. The Clinical Manager will also serve as a vital communication link between clients, their families, and physicians, while ensuring regulatory compliance and spearheading quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise care teams, including Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides.
• Oversee and monitor client health and wellness in accordance with their Service Care Plan.
• Communicate effectively with clients' families and physicians to ensure cohesive care.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and implement quality improvement measures.
• Embody Dignity Home Care’s "At Home" Assistive Living core values in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license.
• Proven experience in clinical management, preferably in home care or assisted living.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care.
