Exciting Opportunity: PMO Analyst - Delivery
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst - Delivery to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in shaping and managing how change is delivered across their portfolio of projects, ensuring that all initiatives align with their strategic objectives and are executed efficiently. Starting ASAP, paying up to £70,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert in change methodology, tools, and techniques.
Ensure that projects and programmes follow the organization's defined delivery lifecycle, including planning, scope, and stakeholder management.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, resources, and dependencies are well-managed and aligned with business objectives.
Lead the production of dashboards, MI reports, and roadmaps at the portfolio level.
Support continuous improvement of the delivery and planning processes.
What You'll Bring:
Advanced MS Project skills with proven experience in project planning at both the portfolio and programme level.
Prince2 or APM certification (or equivalent experience within a PMO environment).
Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
