Job Description

An award winning telecommunications company are on the lookout for some top Business Development talent. They are on the lookout for somebody who either has some telecoms experience or at the very least has a strong telesales background. They deliver bespoke, affordable, business-boosting telecoms systems to SME's across the U.K.

You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and passing the lead over to a senior business executive (to start with). This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business opportunities from the data base we provide and with bought leads.

Using rough scripts and having the ability to objection handle, build relationships and close business against internal targets. The salary of this role is up to £25,000, based on experience with an uncapped commission scheme on top of this.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

o Generate and qualify new leads

o Deliver a continuing high level of customer service

o Building strong customer relations with new customers

o Being highly motivated and engaged to maintain high success rates

o Creating and maintaining your own records of closed leads

o Making outbound calls.

o Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Excellent client service skills

o Ideally a proven track record of strong client relationships

o Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
