Are you an experienced Design Manager seeking a new challenge in an innovative environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy developer known for delivering exceptional projects. This developer are extremely busy and have numerous projects spanning across residential and hotel development sectors.
About the role of a Design Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to manage the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, lead and provide professional, comprehensive, and sustainable design service for the customer, key partners, suppliers at bid and delivery stages.
Requirements for the Design Manager role
Experience of working on residential construction projects
Experience of working on projects over £40 million
Educated to degree level or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline.
Previous experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work.What's on offer for the Design Manager
