The Role
You’ll will manage key HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes from recruitment to exit, including managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
You will handle pre-employment checks, issue offer letters and contracts, and oversee inductions and exit interviews. You’ll need to be a good HR generalist as this role will cover many areas of HR.
A key part of the role is managing the HR inbox, responding to employee queries, and escalating issues as needed. You will also support the HR Manager with various HR operations, including reporting, audits, and system updates, while continuously seeking ways to improve HR processes.
HR experience is required (ideally 3 years +), and a CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
