Trade Counter Sales Assistant

£25,000 - £28,000
Our company is looking for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our team, based close to Mansfield town centre.
Responsibilities for Trade Counter Sales Assistant
* Providing verbal and email quotes for customers these will come through via email and over the phone
* Handling telephone and email enquiries
* Checking and recording delivery paperwork
* Building and maintaining good working relationships with your team and customers
* Obtaining stock for customer orders
* Providing sales and technical support on products for customers
* Stock management with a high degree of accuracy
* Providing customers with information such as stock availability, pricing and lead times
* Complete system transactions for dispatch of stock, goods in, receiving and stock locations
* Processing relevant paperwork
Person skills for the Trade Counter Sales Assistant
* Confident manner is essential ideally you will have worked with products that go into construction related industries
* Strong computer skills
* Flexibility to learn new skills
* The ability to read a CAD drawing would be helpful
