Job Description
R&V Group is looking for an Administrator.
The Administrator will beresponsible for ensuring the administration of the department is completed as well as supporting the department with any operational activities as required. The administrator will workclosely with the managers to ensure that all administrative tasks as defined by the Operations manager are completed accurately with agreed specified timelines. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is required for this role.
Administrator Duties
- Complete all required KPI`s and data entry both on time and with 100% accuracy
- Building, monitoring and updating spreadsheets
- Note taking and general admin tasks as required
- Assisting in the issue of any paperwork, documentation as required
- Any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business
- Support the smooth running of offices by carrying out clerical tasks and projects
- Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft programs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan & manage workloads to tight deadlines
- Have sound numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Have good PC and organisational skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Essential is to have admin experience or similar
- Previous experience of working within a large distribution centre or similar
- Work any 5 from 7 days on rota : Week 1 ( 06am -14pm) and Week 2 (14pm-22pm)
Compulsory will be to pass Drug Test prior to Interview and Induction.
