QA Tester

Job Description
Role: Junior Tester
Location: Nottingham, 2 days a week in the office.
Package: 25-35k
Could be you’re searching for something to give you more responsibility and ownership, help you deal with those distractions in life like eating and sleeping. If that’s the case, this place might be for you.
You will live and breathe testing, and your main experience will be within manual testing. If you love being hands on then this is a great fit as a large portion of your role will involve day to day testing. You will have experience of working with developers and explaining to them about bug fixes that need to happen in a sensitive way. You will be able to work on a number of projects ranging from website maintenance to greenfield projects.
You will have experience of working within a small team and have the opportunity to dive into automation testing if you desire. However, if this isn’t for you that is not an issue as they are happy or someone to remain in the manual world.
One thing that is key within this role is that you will not be a shrinking wall flower. They are a bubbly bunch, which let’s face it makes the working day go a lot easier, if you can work with a smile on your face.
What am I looking for:
* Familiarity with regression testing
* Familiarity with API testing
