Practice Development Manager

We are looking for an inspirational and motivated manager to lead our recently formed Practice Development Hub, managing a team of Advanced Practitioners, dedicated to driving and delivering our continuous professional development and training offer for children’s services.

In this role you will:

• Develop and drive continuous professional development across children’s services
• Take the lead on our student and ASYE offer, developing strong partnerships with providers and partners.
• Play a key role in workforce development
• Lead and supervise the Practice Development Team

You will have;

• Significant post qualification experience
• Experience of supporting and supervising staff
• A commitment to supporting the learning and development of others
• A recognised social work qualification and be registered with SWE

Given the role and service, we are looking for a manager who can work flexibly, being office based for a minimum of half of the week.
