MEP Project Director / M&E Project Director

£100,000-£120,000 + Senior Level Benefits
We are currently on the lookout for a MEP Project Director to work for a Main Contractor who have some large projects in Central London due to kick off over the next month or two. You will need to have a Mechanical bias to your background and ideally have started off on the tools onsite before moving into Project Leadership roles.
The business has seen significant growth in turnover over the last 3 years, and this growth has been further supported by them retaining existing clients as they move onto new projects. In terms of the types of work they do, projects range from Hospitals to Industrial to Residential and Mixed Use. Typical Project Values would be £30mil upwards.
The business has a fantastic team of PD’s from all backgrounds, and this role has come available due to an internal promotion to Regional Director, and you will be working with this colleague when you join to make sure that you have all the necessary project info to succeed.
Their preference is to see people who have Main Contractor experience and have worked as part of the Senior Project Delivery teams in this capacity.
