Senior Project Architect
Salary £50,000 - £58,000
Central London - Permanent, Full Time
A boutique residential Architecture studio in London is seeking a Senior Architect to join their small, dynamic team. The practice is known for its bespoke, design led problem solving abilities. The work across private residential, to small multi units and civic projects. Seeking a skilled Architect with a passion for creative, high quality design.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing residential projects in London from concept to completion
Collaborating closely with the team and clients to deliver thoughtful, design focused solutions
Producing detailed design and technical drawings using ArchiCAD
Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and managing the planning process
Overseeing project delivery and maintaining excellent communication with clients and contractors
Must Haves:
Minimum 6 years post qualification experience, ideally closer to 10 years of working in the UK residential sector
Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential
Demonstrated experience in managing projects and leading design teams
A design focused mindset with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
