Job Title: Site Manager

Location:

East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Northampton

Job Type:

Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

£55,000 - £67,000 per annum

A reputable House Builder, known for their high standards, is looking for a Site Manager for a traditional build project in Northampton.

Job Duties:

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain high-quality standards of workmanship
Manage project time-lines and budgets

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a number 1 Site Manager for a PLC House Builder.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of traditional new build housing techniques and NHBC
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management

Working Conditions:

This role requires on-site presence and may involve working in varying weather conditions. Travel between different project locations may be required.
