Senior Compliance Manager

InterQuest are supporting a mid tier FS firm in identifying a Senior Compliance Manager to join the firm on a permenant basis. This exciting opporunity would join the business as a generalist supporting across monitoring, advisory and reporting.

The role would report directly into the Head of Compliance and would present the opportunity to play an integral part of the firms growth alongside managing risks from a reg compliance perspective.

Responabilties would include:

- Lead on thematic reviews for the business alongside horizon scanning

- Support with MI reporting across compliance and governance

- Lead of committees as the compliance representative

- Pleay a key part in review of financial promotions

To be considered you would need:

- A good knowledge of the FCA handbook

- Strong knowledge of MCOBS

- Experience working within lending or financial services

- Working knwoledg of consumer duty

This would be a role based in Sheffield with strong flexible working and an opporunity to gain excellent experience with bredth across different areas of compliance.
