Maintenance Engineer

Stratford-upon-Avon

£42,000 + Overtime, Pension and Other benefits

Days - Monday to Friday


Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to elevate your career in a dynamic and supportive environment?


As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our site by ensuring all routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are completed on time and safely.


Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Complete routine PPM tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with equipment breakdowns during regular shifts and while on-call.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to enhance and optimise maintenance regimes.
  • Support the installation, modification, and commissioning of process equipment.
  • Uphold quality and safety standards across the site.
  • Keep workshops and spares warehouse areas clean and organised.
  • Record all maintenance activities in the CMMS system, MAXIMO.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of preventative and reactive and maintenance methods.
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in maintenance within a processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering education from City and Guilds, Higher National Certificate level, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS systems such as SAP or MAXIMO (Preferred)
