Job Description
Our client in Earls Barton is currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and confident Field Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. We are searching for candidates with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a self-driven, determined approach.
Main Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both new and existing customers
* Identifying and growing a steady pipeline of new clients
* Periodically visiting current and potential customers
* Adhering to budgets set by the Sales Manager
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
* Negotiating with customers to secure optimal pricing for both the business and clients
* Managing personal expenses, mileage, and budgets
* Taking responsibility for administrative tasks and self-motivation
* Ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and efficiently
* Regular communication with the Sales Manager
* Assisting the Sales Manager in promoting the brand, including at UK and international exhibitions
* Focusing on business development and proactive planning for future business needs
* Creating weekly travel plans and providing reports
* Attending international exhibitions as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000 per annum + attractive commission + company car
Availability: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work during peak periods)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days, including bank holidays
Licence/Certification: Full Driving Licence required for at least 3 years
