Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager to take the next step in their career, and take the position as a Registered Manager for a well known Domiciliary Care Provider!
The Role Includes:
* To already be/become CQC registered
* To ensure the business is fully compliant with CQC standards
* To build effective professional relationships and to promote the agency at external events
* Ensuring clients receive appropriate care to their needs and maintain high standards of care
* To manage, recruit and support staff ensuring they receive the appropriate training necessary for their role
* Be able to work closely with the Business Manager to help grow the Business
