Role: Junior Account Manager

Location: Basingstoke (hybrid)

Salary: £40,000

  • Stay up-to-date with energy market trends, pricing changes, and regulatory developments, and communicate relevant updates to brokers.


Customer Support:

  • Address any concerns or issues from the brokers' clients regarding energy services, contracts, or pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (billing, technical support, etc.) to resolve issues in a timely manner.


Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
  • Relevant certifications in energy management or sales can be beneficial.


Sales & Customer Service Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as the role involves frequent interaction with brokers and clients.
  • Experience in account management or sales, especially in energy, utilities, or a related field, would be advantageous.


Analytical Abilities:

  • Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes.
