About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Planning and Supply Team as a Supply Executive on a full-time, fixed term contract. Reporting into the Supply Planning Manager, you will take ownership of the delivery process for all our vehicles in the UK market, and be responsible for reporting for both the customer and the brand.

If you thrive in a busy environment, this role will present plenty of challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with our logistics team to manage vehicle releases for shipping and trucking, and provide accurate forecast updates. Additionally, you’ll work with stakeholders across the brand to help manage our stock position effectively. Coordination of management information and reporting with key stakeholders will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.

Skills & Experience:

• It's important that you're a team player and a strong communicator as you'll be liaising with our factory, retailers and colleagues across the group.
• You need to be organised and proactive, to ensure continuous improvement. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
• We're looking for someone who puts emphasis on high attention to detail and accuracy with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
