Business Consultant

Day to Day Insight Global is looking for a consultant to join a leading banking client in the GTA to support the Benefits Valuation, Strategy and Transformation leadership team in accurately assessing and tracking benefits of initiatives. Works with stakeholders to interpret and quantify project outcomes and benefits, understands the operating environment & emerging trends and connects initiatives to P&L outcomes. Supports the development of effective, consistent communications for the business/group senior leader and for the leadership team. Qualifications : • CPA, CFA or equivalent Accounting or Finance designation Contributing to projects that have been in flight, analyzing the outcomes of projects Quantifying through ROI, 5 year benefit for project scopes and more. • Typically 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Business casing, benefits valuation, financial modelling – Intermediate/Expert • Analytical and problem solving skills - Expert • Verbal & written communication skills – Expert • Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - Expert • Data driven decision making - Expert • High aptitude to learn quickly, and integrate into new teams and projects • Able to manage ambiguity • Excel - expert Nice to Have: Power point experience Experience with dashboard maintenance, updates and tracking with Power BI Tech or data background - it would be nice
