Account Manager

Role Overview As an Account Executive to our Audio-Visual client, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver customized audio-visual solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed your sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals Conducting needs assessments and developing tailored proposals for potential clients Negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring profitability Managing and growing existing client accounts by identifying new opportunities and providing excellent service Collaborating with the technical team to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions Attending industry events and conferences to stay current with market trends and build relationships Required Skills and Qualifications 7 years of sales experience within the audio-visual production space, with a proven track record of success Proficiency in drafting proposals and negotiating contracts Established book of business (AV Production) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills College diploma or bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field Plusses Education: Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management diploma or Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations bachelor's degree Additional sales-related certifications, such as CSP Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary w/ uncapped commission based on experience and established book of business Flexible vacation time of 2 weeks Comprehensive health and dental insurance benefits package Retirement savings plan with employer matching Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Hybrid work schedule with 3 days on-site in Mississauga
