Job Description

The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: KAM Administrator will support the Key Accounts Director and Client Relations Officer in their daily duties. Your main Stakeholders will be BPC Customers (internally and externally). In the Role of a KAM Administrator, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Key Accounts Department. Your overall job requirement is to manage administrative activities for the KAM Department (daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly). Part of the Key Accounts Administrator requirements will be to manage general administration, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision. You will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends. You will create and manage calendars; write and edit reports and ensure overall smooth administrative operations within the department. Key responsibilities: Compile monthly, weekly and quarterly KAM reports Plan, Execute and write reports on Key Accounts Activities. Administrative support for KAM Director. Assist in the development of all strategic and Tactical KAM initiatives and plans. Assist in monitoring and implementing Budget controls for the department. All administrative responsibilities for the department. Create requisitions for the department and submit invoices for payment to Finance. Manage monthly petty cash recon. Assist in expanding relationships with existing clients, planning, and hosting KAM client events. Create and maintain a KAM Key customer database. Prepare all KAM meetings minutes. Plan your activities (day/week/month and quarter). Assist with CES when necessary. Coordinate with various teams so that the customers expectations are met. Organize customer gifts. Prepare necessary presentation materials and organograms Edit documents. Schedule and coordinate meetings, internal and external. Minute keeping (with internal and external stakeholders) Assist with recruiting and training KAM interns. Plan and implement events as well as monitor and report on events progress. Assist in developing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention Coordinate travel arrangements for KAM department. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must be PSIRA registered. Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:   Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management/Administration Excellent verbal and written communications skills Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines. Have excellent peoples skills and intuitive to customers business needs Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues. The ability to work independently and within a team Good PC and software skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Basic Accounting and/or technical knowledge Report writing skills minutes, reports (weekly/monthly/ quarterly) Behavioral Attributes: Well Organized Reliable Strong work ethic Professionalism Problem Solving and critical thinking skills Good technical, interpersonal and communication skills Customer Focus Discretion Multitasking ability Teamwork and collaboration skills Self motivated Well groomed and presentable.
