Analyze financial data and trends to develop forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Act as a liaison between the finance department and operational teams, communicating financial concepts clearly and effectively. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, helping to drive efficiency within the organization. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations. Monitor and report on the financial performance of various projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Support the development of long-term financial strategies, working closely with stakeholders to align on goals and objectives. Requirements: BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or a business partner role. Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
