Job Description
Our client in Johannesburg is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team. Requirements: Proficient in financial management, with a strong understanding of OEM and SMH policies and procedures. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Working knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management Systems). Strong staff management and training skills. Ability to prepare statutory returns (VAT, FIC, etc.) accurately and on time. Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting. Capable of working with auditors and preparing for year-end financials. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with financial policies and meet all targets and deadlines. Prepare monthly management accounts and daily cash flow analyses. Manage reconciliations and ensure efficient cash collection. Oversee staff training, salary processing, and leave management. Control asset records and manage stock-taking procedures. Submit all statutory returns accurately and on time. Prepare and present financial reports and ensure proper controls for commissions and floorplan settlement. Oversee BBBEE pack completion and compliance.
